Not happy with your order? We're sorry to hear that! Dress & Dwell accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached for In-Store/Online Credit only. Please ship any returns to 138 E. Spring St. New Albany, IN 47150. Please note that returns must be postmarked 14 days after your package was received. Otherwise it will not be accepted by the returns department.
Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason
Online Returns must be postmarked to Dress & Dwell within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Dress & Dwell will issue an online credit code by email to use for a future purchase. These will NOT be eligible to use in-store.
In-Store Returns must be returned to Dress & Dwell within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Dress & Dwell will issue an In-Store credit. These will NOT be eligible to be used online.
In-Store and online Credits have no expiration date.

Refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit within 5-7 business days of receipt of your return by email.

Dress & Dwell accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached for In-Store Credit Only. Jewelry Items are non refundable.
