    Dress & Dwell accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached for In-Store Credit Only. Jewelry Items are non refundable.

    Online Returns must be postmarked to Dress & Dwell within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Dress & Dwell will issue an In-Store credit by email.

    In-Store Returns must be returned to Dress & Dwell within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Dress & Dwell will issue an In-Store credit.

    In-Store Credits have no expiration date.

    If you have received the wrong product or a damaged item please email us or give us a call so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

    Please do not attempt to return your purchase if it does not meet the above criteria, it will be refused by our Returns Department.
